CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

All pets need to be cleared by customs on their arrival into the UK and Ladyhaye can act as your Customs Clearance agent. We can facilitate a smooth and stress-free entry into the UK, overseeing all vet paperwork and undertaking a pre-check of all required documents before your pet travels.

Customs Clearance costs vary depending on a number of variables including the airline, arrival airport and the day and time of arrival. Costs also vary depending on when you physically arrive in the UK. If you arrive within five days of your pet this is classed as non-commercial travel. If you arrive more than five days after your pet this is classed as commercial travel and will be subject to tax, require a IPAFFSW certificate and notification to APHA and Defra.
